e-APPOINTMENT SERVICE SYSTEM FOR CONSULAR PROCEDURE 

AT THE EMBASSY OF VIET NAM IN SINGAPORE

 

In view of the COVID-19 situation, consular services at the Embassy of Viet Nam in Singapore will be strictly by appointment only to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers, staff, and community. In this connection, the Embassy would like to inform that:

  • From 04 October 2021, no walk-in for consular services is allowed. Please book your appointment at least 3 days in advance of your intended visit.

  • This announcement is effective until further notice from the Embassy.​

1. HOW TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE:

Step 1: Access the link https://vnembsgbooking.setmore.com​ or scan the QR code

Step 2: Select the type of consular procedure

Step 3: Select the appointment date and time to visit

Step 4: Fill in your personal information as required

Step 5: Confirm and book the appointment.

A confirmatory email will be sent once the appointment is booked.


2. FURTHER NOTICE:

  • Please only make an appointment per one consular filing. Duplicate bookings will be canceled.

  • On your visit to the Embassy of Vietnam, please bring your appointment acknowledgment and all necessary documents to the Embassy 15 minutes before the appointment time and complete all paperwork prior to your appointment.​

  • Import permit of human remains and its related services will be given priority and seen under emergency situations.

  • To cancel an appointment, you can cancel from the appointment acknowledgment received in the email.
