​In accordance with the Law on changes, additions to the Law on Entry, Exit of Vietnamese citizens and to the Law on Entry, Exit, Transit and Residence of foreigners in Vietnam; Resolution no. 127/NQ-CP dated 14/08/2023 and Resolution no. 128/NQ-CP dated 15/08/2023,

 From 15/08/2023

1.    E-visas are applicable to citizens of all countries and territories. E-visas are valid for up to 90 days and either for single or multiple entries.

2.    Citizens of the Federal Republic of Germany, the French Republic, the Italian Republic, the Kingdom of Spain, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the Russian Federation, Japan, the Republic of Korea, the Kingdom of Denmark, the Kingdom of Sweden, Kingdom of Norway, Republic of Finland and the Republic of Belarus still enjoy the visa waiver policy with a maximum duration of temporary residence of 45 days.​

E-visas are applicable to citizens of all countries and territories from August 15, 2023

​- Under the Prime Minister's direction, from 00:00 am May 15th, 2022, Vietnam drops the COVID-19 test requirement for travelers prior to entry.

-  Health Declaration is Not required for All passengers from 00:00 on April 27, 2022.​
